Australia Wide Shipping:
Postage is FREE when you spend $100 or more.
Under $100 and postage is $8.95 for standard tracked post or $11.50 for express tracked post both options are flat rate Australia wide. We do our best to get all items posted within 7 business days from purchase - however if you pay by bank deposit your item will be posted as soon as your payment has been received. Please note, selecting 'express post' does not mean your order will be processed quicker, it is based on the time-frame for postage only. Yes, we now offer flat rate postage to New Zealand, USA and UK. Flat rate means you can purchase as many items as you like and it will only cost the one set rate.

Refunds and Exchanges/store credit
Our product descriptions accurately describe the products we sell and we do not offer refunds unless product is faulty. All of our clothing items are made to order. As a result, we do not offer refunds for these products. Each clothing item has a sizing guide, so please choose carefully.
What do we do with your information?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. We may use this information to retarget you on social media with Hey Kiddo products you might be interested in.
